Austin McCurry

Austin began his career in the skateboarding industry while simultaneously pursuing a college degree in post-production. Subsequently, he joined an agency named Kernel, established by Spectrum Reach. At Kernel, he served as a DOP & Gaffer, contributing to small business TV spots. His experience ranged from managing 2-person crews to overseeing teams of up to 20 individuals.

Expanding his expertise, Austin obtained a Part 107 remote pilot certificate and delved into underwater photography. While maintaining a passion for documentary work, the primary focus of his professional endeavors revolves around creating 30-second TV spots, advertisements, and photography, which serve as his mainstay in the industry.
